The hand loader perk is the most needed for making powerful ammo for you guns unless you are a plasma spaz. you can make 6 different kinds of ammo highly recommended for killing foes more easy more here.

ReplyDeleteis hand load ammo will be useless? if my GUN skill point is high enough, cause it say it will effective if use conventional ammo
